PMFBY Quiz: Play and Win Rs 11,000; Check Details

The Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare is conducting “PMFBY Quiz” competition through MyGov from 21^st June to 21^st August 2021 with the goal to create awareness amongst the citizens about ‘Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY), launched on 18^th February 2016 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) is an insurance service for the farmers for their yields & aims to provide a comprehensive insurance cover against the failure of crop thus helping in stabilizing the income of farmers. PMFBY covers all the Food & Oilseeds crops & Annual Commercial/Horticultural Crops. To know more about this scheme, you must participate in the quiz.

Objective of the Competition

To create a platform for the citizens & family members of PMFBY beneficiaries where they can explore, learn & are well informed about scheme through a quiz competition.

Topic & Brief 

• The quiz will be in a bilingual format therefore, English & Hindi. 

• The participant may read the material, which is available on the official website via: https://pmfby.gov.in/ wherein schemes, initiatives updates & activities are available at the same website.  

• After understanding thoroughly about the PMFBY scheme, the participants may take a part in quiz competition.

• Participants can also view their scores after the last date of quiz.

Quiz Details 

• This is a timed quiz, which has 15 questions to answer in a 300 seconds.

• These questions will be randomly picked from question bank.

• The winners will be adjudged on the basis of maximum number of correct answers.

• In case of the multiple participants’ having given the same number of correct answers, then participants who take the least time to complete quiz will be adjudged the winner.

• You can also skip a tough question & come back to it later.

Eligibility 

• Any citizens, PMFBY beneficiary or his/her family member can participate.

• Awards & Recognition.

• All the participants shall be issued with a certificate of participation.

• Top 3 winners will be rewarded with Prize Money from MoA&FW.

• 1^stPrize – Rs 11,000/- 

• 2^ndPrize – Rs 5,000/- 

• 3^rdPrize – Rs 3,100/-

Note: Last Date to Participate in PMFBY 21^st August. The mobile number & email ID can be used only once for participating in this quiz. A person can take part in this quiz only once.
