PM Kisan Update: Good news for crores of farmers in the country! The much-awaited 12th installment of PM Kisan Yojana will be released in a few days.
The Central Government had launched Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to provide financial help to the farmers. Under this scheme, the Central government provides Rs. 6000 to the farmers every year in three installments of Rs. 2000 each. The government directly transfers the money into eligible farmers’ accounts.
PM Kisan 12th Installment will be released in September
According to several media reports, the government is likely to release the next installment of PM Kisan Scheme on September 1, 2022. It must be noted that the first installment is given to farmers between April 1 and July 31. The second installment is paid between August 1 and November 30. The third installment is disbursed between December 1 and March 31.
So far, the government has released 11 installments under the PM Kisan scheme and the last one was given on 31st May 2022.
Before government releases the next installment of Rs. 2000, all the beneficiaries have to complete the eKYC, failing which they will not get money.
These farmers may get Rs. 4000
Farmers who haven’t received the last installment may get two installments together. This means farmers will get Rs. 4000 instead of Rs. 2000. But this will be possible only if their eKYC is complete and their application has been approved by the government.
However, there have been many cases where people have been wrongly taking benefit of the scheme. If you are one of them then be careful as the government is searching for farmers who are taking advantage of the scheme by giving wrong information. The Centre is recovering money from all these people.
How to Check PM Kisan Beneficiary list 2022
The government has uploaded the updated list on the PM Kisan website where you can see whether your name is there or not. Here is how to do it;
Step 1 - Go to the official website
Step 2 - Look for ‘Farmers Corner’ on the homepage of website.
Step 3 – Now click on the option that reads ‘Beneficiary List’.
Step 4- Carefully enter your state, district, sub-district, block & village details.
Step 5 - After filling all these details, click on ‘Get Report’ and you will get the complete list.
