Amid the long going farmer's protest, the agricultural ministry announced that more than 187 lakh Kisan Credit Cards with credit limit of one lakh 76 thousand crore rupees have been sanctioned to farmers across the country during the last one year.
As per reports, a special drive to cover farmers under the Kisan Credit Card is going on from February, 2020, said Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs Anurag Singh Thakur.
Kisan Credit Card or KCC is an initiative by the Indian Government to ensure that farmers of the country have access to credit at a reasonable rate. The scheme was introduced in August 1998 and was based on the recommendations of a special committee formed for inputs on loans & agricultural welfare. KCC Loan provides term loans to the farmers for covering cost of farming, harvest & farm maintenance.

How to Apply for KCC through Mobile?

Or you can apply like this. Farmers can simply apply for KCC through their mobiles. To apply for the card, they must follow these steps:

First visit the website of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare in their mobile browser.
Here, first you have to look to apply new KCC:

Here you will be asked the CSC ID and Password.

After entering it, you have to click once again on APPLY NEW KCC.

After this you have to enter the Aadhaar number. (It has to be entered by the same applicant whose name is associated with the PM Kisan Scheme)

As soon as you enter the Aadhaar number, information related to PM Kisan Financial Detail will open automatically with a form.

Here you have to click on issue fresh KCC. (Loan Amount & Beneficiary Mobile Number has to be entered)

After entering the information of Name of Village and Khasra Number etc. Click on Submit Details.

New interface will open, where you will be asked to make the payment, which you will have to submit from the balance of CSC ID.

After this, your Kisan Credit Card will be ready.
