How to Check PMFBY Status and Other Details Online

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana is a scheme that gives coverage against financial losses suffered by farmers because of various unfortunate events. PMFBY covers crop failure due to localized risks, natural calamities, post-harvest losses, unseasonal rainfall, pests, crop diseases etc.

Government has launched many schemes for the farmers in India and one of them is Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana or PMFBY, in which farmers can apply online for crop insurance cover and get financial help in case their crops gets damaged due to natural calamities, pests or diseases and heavy rain.

Farmers who have not yet registered for PMFBY must do it now to avail all the benefits that the government provides through this scheme.

PM Fasal Bima Yojana Registration 2021:

Application forms for Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana can be submitted offline as well as online through banks or CSC centers and via official portal of government. It must be noted that all nationalized commercial banks, regional rural banks and co-operative banks are authorized for registrations of farmers under PM fasal bima yojana.

How to Check PMFBY Application Status Online:

Below we have given complete procedure to check PM Fasal bima online application status;

Step 1 – Go to the official PMFBY website: www.pmfby.gov.in

Step 2 - On the homepage, look for “Application Status – Know Your Application Status on every Step” and click it.

Step 3 - PMFBY farmer online application status form will appear on the screen

Step 4 – Now farmers have to enter the “Application Number” along with given “Captcha”

Step 5 - Then click at “Check Status” button to see your PMFBY farmer application status.

For any query or doubt farmers can call on the direct helpline number i.e.011-23381092. They can also write their issue and mail at [email protected]

In addition, they can call at the toll free numbers of insurance companies or at

011-23382012 followed by extension no. 2715/2709.
