According to the Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, due to the lockdown, about 20,000 farmers are talking to agricultural experts every day with the help of these call centers.
Farmers can take help for various things like to get information related to animal husbandry, fisheries, sericulture, agriculture engineering, poultry, beekeeping, agriculture business, biotechnology along with farming and horticulture from experts.
