According to the statement, as a result of these efforts, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan recently set a new national record by distributing the largest amount of crop loss assistance in the country under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana.
Farmers' 49 crop damage claims totaling Rs.7618 crore were processed with a single click, and assistance amounting Rs.7618 crore was transferred to their bank accounts.
'This crop insurance sum has been a lifesaver for the state's impacted farmers. Chouhan, the state's chief minister, has stated that "I have always been with the farmers of the state in every pleasure and sorrow, and I will always be." Farmers shall never be permitted to suffer financial losses as a result of a natural disaster or flood, rain, hailstorm, or crop crisis.'
The relief amount will also be deposited in the accounts of farmers for crop damage caused due to hailstorms and rain in the past.
Meanwhile, Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development Minister Kamal Patel stated that the government is making continuous efforts to make agriculture into a profitable business.
The government is also promoting innovations that assist farmers. Under the leadership and supervision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, All possible efforts will be made for the economic empowerment of farmers.
