    The much-awaited Pusa Krishi Vigyan Mela is starting today (9 March 2022). The fair which will continue till 11 March is expected to witness a huge crowd this year.

  • Bhartiya Kisan Union Charuni says there is nothing in the state budget for farmers

    The Bhartiya Kisan Union Charuni, Kurukshetra, was not happy after the Haryana state government released the budget on Tuesday, March 8., in the legislative assembly.  According to the BKU, there was nothing in the budget for the farmers.

  • Farmers concerned , as the shrimp prices are constantly dropping

    Due to the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, the farmers are facing a sudden decline in the prices of shrimp, cost decline of Rs. 50 per Kg has been observed by the farmers residing in the Prakasam district within a span of a fortnight.

  • Farmers of Himachal Threatens to Protest if the Prices of fertilizers doesn't go down

    Shimla: After being fed up with the government, the farmers threatened to take matters to the streets. The sudden hike in the prices of fertilizers has brewed chaos among the farmers. The prices of fertilizers have increased upto 40 to 100% within a year.

  • “Farmers’ Fair” Organized under Farmer FIRST Programme Project 

    Narendra Singh Tomar, Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare inaugurated the Farmers’ Fair organized by the Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh at the Santha Village of Morena District, Madhya Pradesh. The Fair was organized under the Farmer FIRST Programme Project.
