  • Mega Food Park Scheme to generate employment for 10 thousand people

    Two new projects under the Mega Food Park Scheme have been approved by the central government. These project will not only help thousands of farmers but provide employment to 10 thousand people.  Similar schemes were announced and approved, and these will generate employment for many more.

  • Prime Minister talks on India's relationship with Bangladesh on his trip there

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on an official tour of Bangladesh. He has been welcomed by Bangladeshis with open arms. Addressing a group of people he remembered the 50 years of  relationship between India and Bangladesh. He remembered the events and the role of India in creation of Bangladesh, how India came to help when people of the host country requested. He said our relationship in the future years is also going to be of great interest. For this the youths of the two countries need to connect more. He invited 50 Bangladeshi entrepreneurs to start businesses in India. He also announced Scholarship in Indian universities for Bangladeshi students. He remembered excerpts from poems of Rabindranath Tagore and declared that together the two countries will be able to progress better.

    India has a number of enthusiastic money minded individuals willing to go forth with startups to show what they know and to make money. A number of academicians and business persons believe that these individuals will be able to gain more from their knowledge and experience. These person are more than willing to advise these entrepreneurs about how they operated their  businesses and how to tackle their problems head on. Continuous learning is the only way forward  for success of any business.

  • A number of women join protesters at Singhu Border

    Singhu Border which has been under permanent blockade over last few weeks has now more farmers protestors, this time female protestors. Women have joined their fellow male protestors in great numbers for the sit in protests.

  • Mexico puts restriction on GM Corn from USA

    Mexico has put a ban on genetically modified corn from USA. However this ban is only for human consumption, corn for animal feed can still be imported by Mexicans.

  • Vice President wants education that will produce well rounded individuals

    Vice President of India, Venkaiah Naidu said education should not just produce individuals with knowledge but well rounded individuals with positive approach towards life. Education must inculcate morals, values and confidence into individuals. He said the individuals coming out of our education system must be able to match individuals from education system of any developed country.

  • Protests in Bangladesh over PM's visit

    Some sections of the Bangladeshi society are opposed to any relationship with India. Hence they are protesting our Prime Minister's tour of their country. Facebook has limited its use in Bangladesh for the duration of the tour due to unusual activity and over unwanted comments. As always heavy security cover has been provided to the visiting Prime Minister so as to guard him against hostile elements.

  • Bhutan fights Corona with Indian vaccines

    India has donated over half a million vaccines to Bhutan, which are being administered to the population so as to continue the fight against corona. Bhutan has had just one case of Corona death during the pandemic. The reason for this being early detection of cases and active monitoring of any suspected cases.
