India and Japan to co-operate on water resources
Indian and Japan will cooperate on water resources. This will not only mean sharing of knowledge, experiences and technology but also working together on projects for the benefit of both countries. This will allow India to predict and handle floods better and to clean its polluted rivers.

India to co-operate with the world over agriculture
India and 83 other countries have decided to co-operate over agriculture. These nations include developed and developing countries, that know the importance of Indian agriculture in the world. These countries will share with India - technical knowhow, technology and trade of agro commodities will also be encouraged.

The quality of seeds decides the quality of crops growing on your farm. State governments are responsible for the distribution of quality seeds through its agencies. High yielding varieties of seeds are encouraged, timely delivery of seeds is important and research is always being done on seeds.

Tea plantation is a labour intensive business. Some families in Eastern India have worked as labourers on these farms for generations. However the newly educated young generation wants to own the land and not be mere workers. This silent revolution is slowly being acknowledged across India.

Productivity of cattle in India keeps increasing
Productivity of cattle in India has continued the trend of increasing this year as it has in last 2 years. The amount of milk produced in 2019-20 was 1462.76 Kg per cattle compared to 1428.08 Kg per cattle in 2017-18.

Government has invested heavily in Livestock sector to improve its ability to function and to bring improvements in the animals. Some schemes are for dairy alone or fisheries while other are for goats, poultry, feed and so on. Government loses revenue in toll taxes
Indian government has reported loss of over 800 crore rupees due to non-collection of toll taxes across the highways blocked by the protesting farmers. The protestors are blocking the highways in Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab and in some places in Uttar Pradesh.

Brazil has even called the military to control deforestation, however it has not been able to control it. The army has almost given up after two years making every effort to stop or control deforestation.
