  • These States To Receive Heavy Rainfall Due to Cyclone Shaheen

    The India Meteorological Department said that the deep depression in Arabian Sea has intensified into the Cyclone Shaheen & is further likely to intensify into the severe cyclonic storm by 1st October (Friday) evening. The cyclonic storm Shaheen over the northeast Arabian Sea & the neighborhood moved towards west northwestwards with the speed of about 20 kmph during past 6 hours & lay centered at 0830 hours IST today on 1stOctober, 2021, over the central parts of the north Arabian sea, near latitude 23.2 N & longitude 64.9 E, about 440 km west-northwest of Devbhoomi Dwarka & about 490 km east-southeast of Chabahar Port & 660 km east-southeast of Muscat.

     

  • Price of Petrol & Diesel Hiked Again

    The price of petrol & diesel touched the record levels across the country after the rates were hiked by 25 paisa & 30 paisa a litre respectively. According to the price notification of the state owned fuel retailers. The petrol price was hiked to Rs 101.89 a litre in the National Capital & to Rs 107.95 per litre in Mumbai.

  • High Court Allows Government to Divert Ration for Home Delivery Scheme

    The high court has allowed Aam Aadmi Party Government to not to supply the food grains to fair price shops for the patrons, who have chosen the home delivery options. The Delhi government can curtail the ration supplies of existing Public Distribution System distributors or the Fair Price Shop owners & divert the same for a Home Delivery.
