Coronavirus India Update: Maharashtra Reports 3 Lakh Cases Crossing UK's Total Infection
The total number of coronavirus infections rose to over 10.7 lakh, with nearly 39,000 new cases reported in the past 24 hours. At least 543 deaths were reported, taking the casualties to 26,816. While 3,73,379 are active patients, as many as 6.7 lakh patients have already recovered.

Assam flood: PM Modi assures help; Death Toll Rises the 81 Affecting 54 Lakh
Situation is going out of hand in Assam where flood has created a total havoc situation along with Corona Pandemic. As per reports, floods have hit over 27 lakh people in 26 of the 33 districts of Assam and destroyed houses, crops, roads and bridges at several places. On the COVID-19 front, Assam has recorded 22,981 cases, of which 10,503 have been reported from the Guwahati city alone.

As per the recent reports, coronavirus numbers in Andhra Pradesh have been growing quite rapidly in the last few days. In fact, its growth rate has been next only to Karnataka and is even poised to race ahead which overtook Telangana on Saturday. The state has recorded more than 44,000 infections till now, while Telangana, till recently one of the fastest-growing states, has a few hundred less.
