    Coronavirus Updates: On Wednesday, Maharashtra reported 7,975 fresh infections, taking its tally to more than 2.75 lakh cases. Mumbai city has 96,474 cases & is likely to breach the 1-lakh mark this week. The death rate due to Coronavirus in Maharashtra has dropped to less than 4% for the first time in 2 months.

    On the other hand, former CM and senior Congress leader from Maharashtra Shivajirao Patil Nilangekar also tested Corona positive.

  • Kerala LSS-USS Results: Scholarship Results Declared on keralapareekshabhavan.in

    Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan on 16th July declared Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan LSS and USS Results 2020. Vijayan made the announcement after DHSE Kerala results were announced on 15th July 2020.  The first and second year students can check their results of scholarship examination on the official website of Kerala Pareeksha Bhawan - keralapareekshabhavan.in. Around twenty students will be considered for Scholarship, which will include - General- 15, SC- 2, ST- 1, OEC- 1 and CWSN- 1.

  • Football Coach Forced to Sell Veggies amid Growing Cases of Coronavirus

    As Covid-19 cases are increasing gradually in India, some people have been hit financially & as a result, they are struggling to come out of the crisis. One such story is of Prasad Bhosale, a football trainer from Mumbai who now sells vegetables in Kandivali to earn some money.  While speaking to ANI news agency, he told that he has been selling veggies from the last 2 months.

    Bhosale further told that he is now earns Rs. 500 to 600 daily and also started home delivery of vegetables.

  • Rain in India: Maharashtra and Rajasthan Witness Heavy Rainfall

    The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said, heavy rainfall lashed Mumbai city and its adjacent areas today (16th July). Widespread shower is also likely over the next 2 days in Konkan coast, Goa & Gujarat, as per the Met Department. Apart from Maharashtra, many parts of Rajasthan also witnessed heavy rainfall.
