Chinta Mango Makes History as 1st Variety Registered Under PPVFRA
The ICAR-Central Island Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR-CIARI) in Port Blair has facilitated the registration of a unique mango variety, 'Chinta Mango,' under the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Authority (PPVFRA), New Delhi. This historic registration marks the first time a mango variety has been recognized under the PPVFRA.

ICAR AIEEA PG 2024 Application Correction Window Ends Today! Check the Details
The application window for the Indian Council of Agricultural Research All India Entrance Examination for Admission (ICAR AIEEA PG) closed on May 11, 2024. Students who need to make corrections to their application forms will have the opportunity to do so during the correction window, which is open from May 13 to May 15, 2024. The admit cards for the examination will be available for download starting June 14, 2024, with the exam scheduled to take place on June 29, 2024.
