Cloudburst in Himachal Pradesh Causes Severe Damages to Public Properties
On 12th July Monday, in Himachal Pradesh’s Dharamshala heavy & continues rainfall wreaked havoc. A cloudburst occurred in the Kangra district of the state and caused severe damages to the public properties in Bhagsu village. The cloudburst was reported in Dharamshala that triggered flash floods in the area. It also blocked the national highway near Jhakri in Rampur area of Shimla district.

Jagannath Rath Yatra begins in Odisha's Puri
The administration of Puri’s Sri Jagannath Temple said that all the arrangements for Rath Yatra Festival, have almost complete. The Chief Administration of Sri Jagannath Temple Krishan Kumar said that the rath have arrived at Singh Dwar, and they are getting ready for the Rath Yatra.

40 people killed by lightning in UP, 14 deaths in Prayagarj district
Around 40 people have killed by the lightning in Uttar Pradesh and majority of deaths reported in the Prayagraj district. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced a compensation of Rs 5 lakh to family of those killed by the lightening. The state government have also announced that the financial help will be provided to those who have lost their livestock in the incident.

Delhi CM chalks out four-point electricity plan
The Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal on 11th July Sunday, announced free electricity & waiver of old power bills if elected to the power in Uttarakhand. The Chief Minister of Dehradun said, he would guarantee 4 things in terms of electricity. The Delhi CM said that they will provide free 300 units free electricity and the farmers will receive free electricity. The old bills will be waived off and it will take some time to provide the 24 hours electricity.

Jaipur: 11 people killed in Lightning Strike in Jaipur
11 people have died and many others injured in lightning strike in front of 12th century Amer Palace near Jaipur. The incident took place when people were taking the selfies at watch tower amid rain in Rajasthan capital. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot announced compensation of Rs 5 lakh for families of those killed.

According to the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, there is a special celestial event is all set to take place. When planet Venus & Mars are going to pass very close to each other in sky and will be only 0.5 degrees (as wide as the size of Moon) on 13th July Tuesday. This time Mars will be just below the Venus.

Zika Virus: Tamil Nadu & Karnataka intensifies checking at Tamil Nadu – Kerala Border
