  • Mother Dairy collaborates with Bollywood Actress Neena Gupta for New Campaign

    Milk & milk products based firm Mother Dairy has started a new campaign known as #PaneerPackedHaiTohSafeHai that is focused towards encouraging customers to choose packaged paneer over some loose paneer options available in the market. For this, it has collaborated with bollywood star, Neena Gupta to take the campaign forward amongst people. The month-long campaign would be promoted over digital as well as radio mediums.

  • Coronavirus India: Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)-Main Exam Begins Today with Special Safety Measures

    Recently, there are 25,662,163 corona positive cases across the globe while India has total 3,694,878 active cases as the third worst hit country. On the other hand, the engineering Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)-Main began at 9 am across the country today disguising the grim situation. As per reports, candidates appearing for JEE (Main) examination in West Bengal had a difficult time reaching their test centres on Tuesday morning owing to heavy rain and lack of transport.

  • North, Northeast, South India to Receive Heavy Rainfall for Next Two Days: IMD

    India Meteorological Department on 31st August 2020 had predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall in several parts of north, northeast & south India in the next 3 days, underlining that the country received its highest rainfall in 44 years in August.

    Meanwhile, around 5,000 people were shifted to safer places in Gujarat's Vadodara and Bharuch districts after flooding in many villages due to increase in level of Narmada river. More than 3,000 people have been evacuated from Chandrapur and Bhandara districts of Maharashtra's Vidarbha after heavy rainfall in neighboring parts of Madhya Pradesh.

    If things go as planned then you will soon see robots watering agricultural lands in Telangana. Though in its early stages, this is one of the aspects of Telangana government’s proposed plan to include latest technologies in agriculture and allied activities.

    State government, in collaboration with PJTSAU or Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University & the World Economic Forum (WEF), has been working to find out the various use cases of data-driven agriculture in the state.
