Dhanuka Launches 3 New Products in Patna
Dhanuka Agritech Company launches 3 new Products ‘Cornex, Zanet and Decide’ at Patna. One of the products Cortex which will empower the maize farmers by its dual mode of action and help to control major weeds in their crop and Zanet is also a product developed by Dhanuka which is a unique combination of Fungicide & Bactericide that effectively controls complex disease infections on tomato crops, another one is DECIDE which one-shot solution for Chilli Farmers. In this event Dhanuka’s Chairman RG Agarwal addressed the farmers and told to farmers to use good and quality pesticides at right time by identifying the pest. Also Rahul Dhanuka COO of the company talked about company's strengths, mission and vision.

Govt Allows Extra 1.2 MT Shipments on Sugar Exports
The government relaxed the quantitative restriction of 10 million tonnes on sugar exports and allowed shipments of an additional 1.2 million tonnes. This decision will help mills to improve their liquidity by Rs3,600 crore and clear cane price payment of farmers.

13 Lakh Farmers Receive Irrigation Subsidy!
Madhya Pradesh. the irrigation subsidy amount was transferred into the accounts of 13 lakh farmers of Malwa and Nimar. Pradyuman Singh Tomar, the state's energy minister stated that DBT is working well for transparency and timely information about the help being given to farmers. This is a great step in the direction of digitization.

LEAF, IFFCO Kissan Finance Comes Together To Help Marginalised Farmers
Ooty-based Lawrencedale Agro Processing (LEAF) has entered into a strategic partnership with agri-focused IFFCO Kisan Finance Ltd. to provide organised financial products and services to 50,000 marginalised farmers in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Bayer Expands Its Current Investment to Acquire Majority Share in CoverCress
A shareholders' agreement has been executed by Bayer, Bunge, and Chevron U.S.A. Inc. (Chevron), a division of Chevron Corporation, in conjunction with Bayer's acquisition of a 65 percent controlling stake in winter oilseed producer CoverCress, Inc. (CCI). Bunge and Chevron will continue to be the owners of the remaining 35% of CCI.
